Objectives
Upon completion of the course, the student shall be able to

-Understand the regulation for registration and labeling of nutraceuticals
and food supplements in India, USA and Europe.

At completion of this course, it is expected that students will be able to understand
 The concepts of calibration, qualification and validation
 The qualification of various equipments and instruments
 Process validation of different dosage forms
 Validation of analytical method for estimation of drugs
Cleaning validation of equipments employed in the manufacture of pharmaceuticals

Pharmaceutical Inorganic Chemistry

CO1: Identify the sources of impurities and methods to determine the impurities in inorganic drugs
and pharmaceuticals as per pharmacopoeia.
CO2: Describe the preparations and pharmaceutical importance of inorganic compounds
CO3: Explain the role of various major intra and extra cellular fluids and electrolytes.
CO4: Explain the various aspects of Radiopharmaceuticals.
